Reset my password

TL;DR: click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen, check your email, follow the link.

Full explanation

1. Go to mozuma.co → Sign in
2. Click Forgot password? under the password field
3. Enter the email address you signed up with
4. Check your inbox — you'll get a reset email within 60 seconds. Check spam if not.
5. Click the link and pick a new password (8+ characters)

The reset link expires after 60 minutes. If it expires, start the flow again — no limit on how many times you can request one.

Signed up with Google, Facebook, Discord, Steam, or Twitter?

You don't have a password with us — you sign in with that account. Click the same social button you used originally.

If you're not sure which account you used, try each one in turn. If none work, contact us with the email address you think you used and we'll help sort it.

Never got the reset email?

Check spam and promotions folders. If it's not there:

• Your email might be misspelled from signup — try common variants (.com vs .co, extra dots, etc.)
• You might have signed up with a social account (see above)
• The email might be blocked by a corporate spam filter — try a personal email
