• "Partner" or "Studio" refers to game development companies entering into production partnerships with MOZUMA.
• "Backer" refers to individuals who support crowdfunding campaigns for MOZUMA products.
• "Products" refers to collectibles, comics, merchandise, and other transmedia content produced by MOZUMA.
• "IP" refers to intellectual property, including trademarks, characters, and creative assets.

3. Service Description

MOZUMA provides end-to-end transmedia production services for game studios. Our services include:

• Design and production of premium collectibles (figures, dioramas, statues)
• Creation of comics, manga, and graphic novels
• Trading card design and manufacturing
• Crowdfunding campaign strategy and execution
• Manufacturing coordination with production partners
• International fulfillment and distribution

4. Partnership Terms

4.1 Investment Model

MOZUMA operates on an investment partnership model. We fund project development, design, manufacturing, and campaign costs upfront. Partner studios retain full ownership of their intellectual property throughout the partnership.

4.2 IP Ownership

Studios retain 100% ownership of their intellectual property. MOZUMA receives a limited license to use IP for the production and marketing of agreed-upon products. This license is non-exclusive and limited to the scope of each specific project.

4.3 Approval Process

All designs, prototypes, and marketing materials require studio approval before production or publication. Studios have final creative approval at each milestone stage of production.

4.4 Revenue Sharing

Partners receive royalties on net profits from campaigns and product sales. Specific royalty rates are established in individual partnership agreements. Royalty payments are made according to the payment schedule defined in each agreement.

4.5 Project Timeline

Production timelines vary based on product complexity. Typical timelines range from 6-18 months from concept to delivery. Manufacturing occurs primarily in Southeast Asia with quality control oversight.

5. Crowdfunding Campaigns

5.1 Campaign Structure

MOZUMA conducts crowdfunding campaigns through established platforms (Kickstarter, GameFound, etc.). Campaigns are subject to the terms and conditions of respective platforms in addition to these Terms.

5.2 Backer Responsibilities

Backers who support campaigns agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping information
• Respond to communication regarding order details
• Understand that delivery dates are estimates subject to production and logistics factors

5.3 Production Risks

Crowdfunding involves inherent risks. While we make every effort to deliver products as described, manufacturing challenges, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances may affect timelines or product specifications. We commit to transparent communication throughout the production process.

5.4 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies during active campaigns are governed by the respective platform's terms. Post-campaign refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may not be available once production has commenced.

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOZUMA shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
